David Koussens is a full professor at the Faculty of Law at the University of Sherbrooke, where he holds the Research Chair in Law, Religion and Secularism. His research offers a comparative analysis of social representations of secularism and national legal systems for regulating religious diversity. He recently published Secularism(s) in Contemporary France: Law, Policy, and Religious Diversity (Springer, 2023).
