Mark Cauchi is associate professor in the Department of Humanities and the Program for Social and Political Thought at York University, Toronto. He is coeditor of Immanent Frames: Postsecular Cinema between Malick and von Trier (SUNY 2018), as well as the author of articles in continental philosophy, religious and secular studies, and film studies.
