Olivia Whitener
Olivia Whitener is the project coordinator for the SSRC's Religion and the Public Sphere program and editorial associate for the program's digital forum, The Immanent Frame. Prior to joining the Council in September 2016, she served as an editorial assistant for an advocacy nonprofit in Washington, DC, spent multiple summers as a program director for a youth summer camp, and has worked as a communications consultant for nonprofit organizations in New Jersey. Olivia graduated with her BA in anthropology, summa cum laude, from Wake Forest University in 2015, where she also minored in psychology and health and human services.
