Cathleen Kaveny

Cathleen Kaveny is the Darald and Juliet Libby Professor of Law and Theology at Boston College Law School. She earned her JD and PhD in religious ethics from Yale. Her focus is the intersection of law, morality, and religion. Her most recent book is Ethics at the Edges of Law: Christian Moralists and American Legal Thought (Oxford, 2018).
