A spiritual and moral approach to capitalism and aid

Speaking of Faith’s Krista Tippett interviews Jacqueline Novogratz, founder and CEO of the Acumen Fund, on the ethics of aid and the coining of the term “patient capitalism.” An innovative company, the Acumen fund charts “a third way between investment for profit and aid for free. It has a strong moral — even spiritual — core, and its investors’ returns come not in money but in social change.”
