“Immanent spirituality” selected as finalist for 3 Quarks Daily philosophy prize

3QDprizePatrick Lee Miller’s “Immanent Spirituality” has been selected by the editors of 3 Quarks Daily as a finalist for the 2009 prize in philosophy writing, to be judged by Daniel C. Dennett. Winners will be announced later this month.

Charles Gelman is a contributing editor of The Immanent Frame and an associate editor of Frequencies. A former program assistant at the Social Science Research Council, he is currently a doctoral student in comparative literature at New York University. He earned his B.A. from the Gallatin School, NYU, in 2009.
