Religion and American Culture Conference

<br />On June 5, the Center for the Study of Religion and American Culture and Religion and American Culture: A Journal of Interpretation will co-sponsor the First Biennial Religion and American Culture Conference in Indianapolis.

Intended to “provide a summit to take stock of the study of religion in North America and discuss potential future directions of the field,” this conference will include speakers such as Steven Stein, Peter Thuesen, Arthur E. Farnsley II, Penny Edgell, Brian Steensland, Courtney Bender, Sheila Suess Kennedy, Winnifred Fallers Sullivan, Edward Curtis IV, and Sylvester Johnson.
