Tammy C. Ho
Tammy C. Ho is an Associate Professor of Gender and Sexuality Studies at UC Riverside. She has published in various Asian American anthologies and in journals such as Amerasia, Journal of Feminist Studies in Religion, and PMLA. Her research on gender, culture, and religion includes her monograph Romancing Human Rights: Gender, Intimacy, and Power Between Burma and the West (2015) and articles on Burmese spirit mediums (nat kadaw) and Christian refugee farms in the United States. With Russell Jeung and Valerie Soe, Ho co-produced the Transformative Hope series (2022), five short interview videos featuring religious responses of Asian American elders to racism (available on YouTube).
