David Morgan
David Morgan is professor of religious studies at Duke University. Author of several books, including The Embodied Eye (2012) and The Forge of Vision (2015), his latest book is Images at Work: The Material Culture of Enchantment (2018). Morgan is a cofounder and an editor of the journal Material Religion and coeditor of the book series "Bloomsbury Studies in Material Religion." His current project is a book entitled The Thing About Religion: An Introduction to the Material Study of Religions, to be published by the University of North Carolina Press.
