Brenna Moore is an associate professor of theology at Fordham University. She is the author of Sacred Dread: Raïssa Maritain, the Allure of Suffering, and the French Catholic Revival 1905-1945 (Notre Dame, 2013). She is currently working on a new book, tentatively titled "One Flame Kindles Another: Spiritual Friendship and Religious Difference at the Edges of Catholic Europe (1920-1960)."
