Tiffany Hale

Tiffany Hale is an assistant professor of religion at Barnard College of Columbia University. Her work focuses on Indigenous religious traditions, nineteenth-century Native American history, and United States race relations. Her book manuscript is titled “Fugitive Religion: The Ghost Dance and Native American Social Life after the US Civil War.”
